Erplain new version: Features

The new version of Erplain allows you to take your business management even further. In addition to improvements to the interface, user experience, and overall fluidity, many new features have been added to help you optimize your business operations.

Multiple Suppliers per Product

Products are no longer limited to a single supplier in Erplain. Each product record can now be linked to multiple suppliers, with pricing adjusted accordingly.

Product Pricing by Customer and Supplier

You can now go much further with your pricing options. Each product can have a specific price per customer and per supplier. These prices can be set directly from the product page.

User Permissions

User access has been redesigned to give you granular control over permissions for your teams. You can now specify in detail which sections your users have access to—and more importantly, which actions they can perform.

Discount Rules / Discounts on volume

To give you even more control over your pricing, we’ve introduced a discount rules system. This allows you to set up volume-based discounts.

Batch Invoicing

You can now perform batch invoicing in Erplain. This means you can select multiple sales orders from the same customer and combine them into a single invoice to save time.

Batch Shipping Orders

Just like invoices, you can now create a single shipping order for multiple sales orders from the same customer.

Batch Backorder

It’s also possible to restock several purchase orders at once, choosing whether to restock only the missing items or the entire selection of orders.

Multiple Deposit Invoices

Previously, Erplain only allowed one deposit per transaction. It is now possible to create multiple deposit invoices for the same transaction.

Order Flow

A new Order Flow is now available on sales orders. It provides a visual overview of all transactions linked to an order, along with their status and progress.

Stock counts

You can now carry out your stock counts directly in Erplain. Whether through the interface, barcode scanning, or import/export, your stock counts can now be fully managed within the platform.

PDF Templates

PDF settings have been replaced by customizable PDF Templates that can be edited in real time within the interface. You can create multiple templates for each document type and instantly preview the impact of every change.

Dropshipping per Product

Previously, dropshipping applied to the entire document, without detailed control. Now, you can enable direct delivery for individual product lines within a sales document if needed. That line will be handled accordingly, while you can still create shipping orders for the remaining products.

Storage Location per Product

Similar to dropshipping, you now have the option to select a different storage location for each product within a document without needing to create separate documents.

Stock Valuation (MAC, FIFO, and LIFO)

Erplain now supports the three main stock valuation methods. You can choose between Moving Average Cost (MAC), First In First Out (FIFO), and Last In First Out (LIFO). The preferred method can be set directly from the settings.

Internal Notifications

You can now communicate internally with your team directly within Erplain. From the dashboard, you can write messages that will appear on the dashboards of other users on the same account.

Company Switching

You can now have multiple Erplain company accesses linked to the same email address. This allows you to switch between companies easily from within the interface.

Dark Mode

Erplain now includes a dark theme that can be activated at any time from the interface.
